Global Brands Using Facebook to Speak Directly to Consumers, says Jeff Ragovin

An increasing trend in marketing in 2011 is the use of ‘direct’ channels in brand marketing, the proliferation of which has led to DMA2011’s Brand, Social and Content Track. We met with Jeff Ragovin, CRO of Buddy Media and one of the speakers within this track, to get his thoughts on how global brands are using Facebook for their brand marketing. Jeff was with us in San Francisco and his session there was so well regarded we invited him back again. Here he talks about how brands are using Facebook to engage with their customers, but you can see him in person on Tuesday, October 4 at DMA2011!
